How does the Dave’s Hot Chicken Frequent Fryer Rewards Program work?

Earn points when you eat. Every $1 spent in-store or online gives you 10 points, which you redeem for a reward from our Reward Tiers. When you order at the restaurant be sure to have the cashier scan the QR code from your app or provide your phone number and earn the points from this order. Or, if you’re ordering online, be sure you’re signed into the app or on the website and then place your order. The more points you earn, the bigger the reward you can redeem. Sorry, but points cannot be earned or redeemed via third-party delivery services like DoorDash or UberEATS. You only earn points one time per transaction.

How do I redeem my rewards?

Once you have earned enough points to redeem the desired reward, use the app to select the reward you would like to redeem and follow the on-screen instructions. To redeem in-store, select the Redeem In-Store option and scan the QR code at the register. To redeem online, please select Redeem Now. You may only redeem points once per day and you can’t combine any loyalty or promotional points or discounts.

Do my earned rewards expire?

Unfortunately, nothing can last forever. You must redeem your earned reward by the expiration listed on the reward.

Can I share my points?

No. At this point, our program does not allow you to share your points after you have earned them.

How can I view my available rewards?

Please select the Rewards tab from the homescreen on the app. Check your available point balance located at the top left of the screen. Scroll down to see what rewards you are eligible for given your balance.

Can I redeem more than one reward on the same transaction?

At this time, you are limited to redeeming one reward per order.
