How do I schedule a virtual consult with provider and begin this process?

• Register at here and schedule an appointment in advance. You can schedule an appointment generally within a day or two.

For existing patients needing a refill, login and go to my account then select "Follow up Visit or Refill" which takes you to a form where you have the choice of:

1. Expedited refill (visit with provider may not be required, follow up questions, if any, by provider will be sent via text or email)
2. Schedule a consult

 

Do we accept insurance including HSA?

• Currently, we do not accept insurance for provider visits nor medication since insurance does not reimburse compound medications. We do not accept HSA cards, however you can pay direct to us and our providers can fill out a medical necessity form for you to provide to your insurance

 

 

How much does the program cost?

• We have $250 for Semaglutide and $395 for Tirzepatide. The pricing does not change as dose increases nor does increase for provider visits. All visits are included within this pricing.

 

Is weight loss medication suitable for all ages?

• Must be 12 years or older for Semaglutide and 18 years or older for Tirezepatide.
